- Full event planning including consultation, preparation of schedules, timelines and checklists.
- Unlimited communication with your event planner, upon appointment.
- Booking wedding date and time with your chosen venues.
- Reservation of wedding location (venue fees not included)
- Development of a timeline for your event.
- Preparation and oversight of the wedding budget.
- Booking of any vendors needed, caterers, florists, photographers, hair & make-up, transport etc. (fees not included)
- Pre-event meeting with event planner to visit venue and set all final details.
- Coordinate all aspects of the event (entertainment, food and beverage, décor and so much more)
- Arrange seating, furniture and tables for your guests.
- Design and styling of your unique wedding decoration concept.
- Plan suitable entertainment for the night before/after the event if needed.
- Event coordinator on-site on the day of your wedding to handle every aspect of your event.*

Civil Ceremony – town hall and registrar fees are applicable.

*Our event coordinator will be on-site for the entire evening of your reception so you have complete management of the event at all times – from setting up decoration for the reception area, dinner, speeches, cake-cutting, first dance, fireworks if applicable, afterparty and guests & wedding couple transfers back to their hotels.
