SANTORINI PRINCESS ALL INCLUSIVE DELUXE WEDDING PACKAGE
For 25 adults - 4825 euro (price includes all taxes and covers for your ceremony and reception party please see breakdown below)
Ceremony - co-ordination by Michael and team of Weddings-In-Santorini - 950 euro
1. Wedding date & time booking & confirmation.
2. Help with selecting the perfect wedding venue for you & confirming this booking.
(if you were interested in a venue other than The Santorini Princess hotel.)
3. Assistance with all legal paperwork
4. Translation of required wedding documents (4)
5. Booking Registrar for your ceremony
6. Registrar Fee
7. Email & telephone support throughout the entire wedding planning process.
8. Wedding ceremony planning & co-ordination.
Reception - organisation by Achilleas the Hotel Manager for The Santorini Princess Hotel - 3875 euro
1. Private use of the wedding terrace for your wedding ceremony and reception dinner.
2. Venue Decoration - white tablecloths and chair covers as standard.
3. A welcome drink - champagne cocktail, on arrival for you & all your guests ( you can choose to serve this after the ceremony either if you wish)
4. Use of the hotels entertainment system to play your own choice of music during the ceremony.
5. A 4 course sit down meal with a choice of starter,main & desserts. (only the finest produce is used by the Chef and his team)
6. Wine- red & white house wine to be served to you and your guests for the evening
7. DJ evening entertainment for 4 hours 9.30 - 1.30am (you may request your first dance song at a time that suits you & playlists can be given to the Dj before the event)

10. A meeting at the hotel with Achilleas (Hotel Manager) to go over everything prior to your big day.

1. Transport for the wedding couple to and from the wedding venue ( in an air conditioned car)
2. The services of a professional wedding photographer, for during the ceremony only which you will receive 50 photographs in digital form in high resolution.
3. Flowers for the bride and a basket of rose petals to throw during or after the ceremony & traditional sweets.
* if you wish to avail of a suite for your wedding night a discounted rate can be arranged for the wedding couple.

Transport
This is an area overlooked at the start of the planning process, but when you start to look at various different locations and venues across the island you understand how important a factor it is. With weddings abroad you are responsible to ensure your guests have transport to and from the wedding. This is one off those add on features with wedding planner packages and can work out very expensive with some planners depending on the size of you party. So budget this in from the start you don't want any unexpected costs arising.
*Where possible have your ceremony and reception in the same venue this means fewer bus transfers, costs you less money, saves you time on the day ( which you need because it will fly by) and is a lot less hassle for you and you guests.Put someone in charge on the bus to make sure everyone is accounted for or give a list of names to the transport company.
